To rent a vehicle from us, you need to (1) be aged between 25 and 80, (2) own a valid driver's license, (3) be able to present a passport or valid ID document, and (4) understand that you will be liable for any fines and traffic violations. That's it!

We will need to know the exact dates of your rental, the type of vehicle that you require, and where you wish to begin your rental from (airports, our offices, or if you need our collection & delivery service). A photo of your driver's license will be required to make the rental.
With this information, we can give you an exact price and you can pay either online in advance or when you collect your vehicle.
All cars and vehicles are owned by Easy Wheels Rent A Car S.L and fully insured under a third party company. There is only one option regarding insurance, which is an extra daily fee (10€) to opt into our insurance. This covers any and all liability with zero excess, though does not apply to any damages caused by misconduct as well as traffic violations and parking fines.
You do NOT need to select this option if your own vehicle insurance policy covers rentals.
The minimum rental time is 24 hours (1 day). You can rent a vehicle for only a few hours, but you will still need to pay a 1 day fee.
There is no exact limit. However, any rental over 1 month becomes a long term rental which is potentially subject to both discounts (the longer the period, the larger the discount) and also monthly invoicing. Any long term rental is also expected to be available for vehicle swaps in the event of servicing and maintenance, though we tend to offer vehicles with extended availability.
Yes. There are no fees if you wish to cancel your reservation before collecting the rental vehicle. But, if you are already in the process of renting a car and wish to return it earlier than anticipated, you will only be refunded 50% of the remaining amount.
We will provide your rental vehicle with a full tank of fuel, and ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank as well. Any fuel costs during the rental are yours to assume and, if a vehicle is returned without a full tank, we will send a payment request for the remaining amount.
Any late vehicle returns will require you to pay an additional fee, normally the same price per day at which your vehicle was rented from us plus taxes.
However, same day vehicle returns that are up to 3 hours late will incur no additional charge. You can even leave the keys in the postbox of our offices if we are closed.
Yes, we offer rental cars at both Alicante Airport (ALC) and Murcia Corvera Airport (RMU). There are no extra fees or different policies for these cars, only that once collected at an airport they must also be returned to the airport. Otherwise, an extra fee is involved.
The renter is fully responsible for all toll, parking and traffic violations. We will forward the cost of the fine as well as a 15% extra charge for assuming liability on your behalf.
Please note that, at least in Spain, fines paid within 14 days of receiving them are cheapter. After this period, they become twice as expensive. This is as per Spanish traffic laws (DGT).
