To rent a vehicle from Easy Wheels Rent A Car, you will need the following:

1. A valid driving license.
2. A valid passport or similar ID document.
3. Be between the ages of 25 and 80 with at least two years of driving experience.

We are called Easy Wheels for a reason! Simply make a reservation either on this website, via email (easywheelsrentacar@gmail.com), over the phone (+34711075474) or visit our office in Avenida Río Nalón 8, 30710 Los Alcázares, Region of Murcia, Spain.

We will need to know the exact dates of your rental, the type of vehicle that you require, and where you wish to begin your rental from (airports, our offices, or if you need delivering and collecting). Your driving license and ID will be required to make the rental.

With this information, we can give you an exact price quote and, once confirmed, you can pay either online in advance or when you collect your vehicle. 

With over 100 cars and 50 vehicle models, both manual and automatic, we class and price them based on vehicle size and transmission. Size classification is as follows:

• Small Cars: perfect for quick and easy parking.
• Midsize Cars: standard vehicles for every day use.
• Large Cars: ideal for multiple family members and lots of luggage.
• Hire Vans: practical and affordable if you're looking to move house or large items.
• 7 & 9-Seaters: shuttles to drive you and your friends to and from parties and events.
• Mobility Scooters: zip around town with both style and comfort.

Automatic models of the same size are priced higher than their manual counterparts. This is due to automatic cars being more expensive overall to repair, maintain and insure in Spain.

All cars and vehicles are owned by Easy Wheels Rent A Car S.L are insured under a third party company which extends to you and any additional driver during your rental period. This includes breakdown and roadside assistance, and free transport if needed.

There is only one option additional option, which is an extra daily fee (€9,99) on top of your rental rate that we offer in exchange for a minor damage liability waiver. With this, we no longer hold you liable for small damages such as small bumps and scratches.

This option is included for FREE under the following circumstances:

1. You pay using a credit card.
2. You have your own insurance policy that covers rentals.
3. You have rented with us two or more times previously without incident.

This waiver does not apply if any terms and conditions of the rental contract are not kept and does not cover tires, theft of property or the car, critical components or total loss of the vehicle.

The minimum rental time most of the year is 24 hours (1 day). You can rent a vehicle for only a few hours, but you will still need to pay a 1 day fee. During times of high demand, this can sometimes be extended to a minimum of 72 hours (3 days).

The maximum length of any rental contract is 6 months (180 days), at which point the agreement can be renewed once more if all parties are in agreement. 

All of our rental prices are the same. The only difference will be the booking process as we will require additional details if a vehicle is being picked up and dropped off at either Alicante (ALC) or Murcia (RMU) airports. These details are:

1. Flight times and numbers.
2. Exact drop off time at the end of the rental.
3. All required documents to be sent ahead of time.

We will request that everything be sent and registered ahead of time in order to coordinate with airport teams and parking companies. Airport bookings also have a 72 hour short notice booking fee that varies between €10 and €45 depending on the times and vehicle.

Out of hour arrivals and drop offs (23:00 - 07:00) can also have an additional parking cost which will be yours to assume in these instances. This cost also varies depending on the destination airport, number of hours and driver availability.

Yes. Depending on the length of time and the frequency with which you have rented with us, you will receive a greater discount on your rental. Here is how this works:

• All rentals between 1-2 weeks get a 5% discount.
• All rentals between 2-4 weeks get a 10% discount.
• New clients renting between 1 and 3 months get a 15% discount.
• New clients renting between 3 and 6 months get a 20% discount.
• Frequent clients renting between 1 and 3 months get a 35% discount.
• Frequent clients renting between 3 and 6 months get a 45% discount.

If you are looking to rent a car with us for a long period of time, we recommend a starting with at least three short reservations (3 days minimum) in order to get the best possible price for your long term car rental. You will save more money in the long run this way.

We have only a handful of rules that must be followed when renting a car with us. Some of them are more so reminders and requests under certain conditions. These rules are:

1. Full To Full: All of our rental vehicles are rented out with a full tank of fuel. We ask you to return your vehicle at the end of your rental with a full tank as well. Contact us if you are unsure about fuel types.
2. No Smoking: Our cars are smoke free. In order to provide a clean and comfortable vehicle, we ask you to refrain from smoking in our cars. If there are signs of smoking in one of our cars, you will no longer be able to rent from us.
3. Keep It Clean: Please pay attention to the car’s condition. You do not have to clean or wash our cars, we will take care of that, but please ensure that you return the car in a similar conditions to how you have received it.
4. Pets & Animals: We are a pet friendly company, but we ask that you please try to minimize any and all results from their transport. The simplest and easiest way to do this without using a crate, for example, is covering the back seats with sheets or towels in order to limit the amount of fur, hairs and scratches.
5. Mutual Trust: We value good communication and honesty. Accidents happen and we understand it can be difficult to come forward with them, but hiding or failing to report damages will result in both a breach of contract and good will when it comes to finding reasonable and fair solutions.

Failing to follow these rules can result in either an admin fee for missing fuel (€20), a cleaning fee (€50) or, in some instances, we will exercise our right to refuse any and all future services due to a breach of our rental contract. 

There are no cancellation fees prior to picking up your rental. The only exceptions are 7 seater and 9 seater vehicles, which do have a cancellation fee of €100 if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of your pick up date.

If you are already renting a vehicle from us and wish to return the vehicle earlier than agreed, then we will only refund 50% of the outstanding amount of time. For example, if you rent a car for 3 days at €50 per day but return it at the end of the second day, we will return €25.

Any late vehicle returns will require you to pay an additional fee, normally the same price per day at which your vehicle was rented from us plus taxes. 

In Los Alcázares, same day vehicle returns that are up to 4 hours late will incur no additional charge. You can even leave the keys in the postbox of our offices if we are closed, but you will need to send a picture of the car once it has been parked to confirm the end of your rental.

Airport rentals will require you to notify us of any delays. An expected drop off time will be agreed upon during the booking process which must be updated if anything changes.

The renter is fully responsible for all toll, parking and traffic violations. We are required by law to notify the involved authorities (Policia Local, Guardia Civil and DGT) of any personal details when a fine is incurred and we will be the ones notified. We will then inform you and can pay on your behalf as long as the amount is paid to ourselves first.

Please note that, in Spain, fines paid within 14 days of receiving them are reduced by 50%.

We understand some companies offer an extra fee for drivers under or over a certain age. In our case, we offer the same price to everyone but without making exceptions. All drivers must be between the ages of 25 and 80 and must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
